At HAGAN Ski Mountaineering, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your equipment is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Gear

Ensure all skis, bindings, or skins are in their original, unmounted condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
